What is your Shipping time frame

It takes 4-5 business days to create your kit as its a time consuming process and we need to make sure your canvas has the correct numbers representing the colors to make the painting extraordinary. If you have chosen for Express Delivery it will take 12-15 business days once the order is shipped. Our Free Standard Shipping takes 4-6 weeks to arrive at your door.

Where is my order? 

Our items are sourced from international suppliers, so packages usually arrive at your doorstep between 20-30 business days after you place your order. In extremely rare cases, it may take a bit longer. Factors such as bottlenecks in shipping and delays at customs may impact delivery time. Do contact us in case you haven't received even after 6 weeks. 

What's included in my order? 

All of our painting kits come with high quality canvas, acrylic paint, and set of brushes, everything you need to go ahead and complete your paint by numbers masterpiece.

What is your Return Policy?

Only unpainted/unused paint kits will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the package was delivered to you.

Your package will be inspected upon receiving to make sure that each kit is unpainted and complete. Once the inspection is completed, the refund will be issued to your credit card/PayPal account.

Custom paint by numbers kits are made to order, we do not accept return on these products. If you're not happy with the way your painting turn out, please contact us and we'll see how we can make things right!

Can I cancel an Order?

If you have changed your mind and want to cancel the order - you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. As after that we send it into production and the kit is being made already.
